Error Description:
Error 48 “Unable to start/stop hardlock service with parameters 1119 1058 1.
ErrorCode: 48 5 595 1058”
Resolution:
If the counter is a USB key then it will need to be unplugged. If the counter is uses a parallel port it does not need to be unplugged.
Uninstall all HASP items showing up in Add/Remove Programs
