Virtual Networks with Assist and Q Local

Article ID: 4498
Last updated: 03 Oct, 2012

The network versions of ASSIST software have not been tested using virtual networks.  However, there is no reason for us to believe network versions of ASSIST products will not work properly with virtual networks as well as they do with hardwired networks.  That said, they should be considered 'unsupported configurations.'

Advise the customer: "If you are experiencing an issue with a network version of ASSIST software on a virtual network, please contact your network administrator.”
