Button to Transfer from Ipad is greyed out.

Option to transfer assessment from Ipad back to the site is greyed out or not clickable.
Answer:
Please make sure that the customer has an active internet connection. During the transfer process the Ipad needs to be connected to the internet in order to sync and remove the assessment from the Ipad.

ERROR: "Sorry, you’re not authorized to view this page" when trying to add new client in Q Interactive.
CAUSE: This is a known issue that will be resolved in later Q-I releases.
SOLUTION: Typing in a location into the Location field will allow the client to be added.
