Error Description:
Customer scans an answer sheet into Q Local on an Opscan Scanner and gets an error message from Q Local stating, "Form ID 167 is not supported by Q Local".
Resolution:
This most commonly occurs when they are using an up-to-date version of Q Local but are using a much older form. Typically the form is old enough that the year format is only 2 digits long. Pearson switched to 4 digit years in 2000 and Q Local will not except forms that only have a 2 digit year.
They will have to manually enter that test or transfer it to a scan sheet that is more recent.
