Error Description:Q Local fails to install. Upon looking at the log we discover the Return Code to be "28075".
Resolution:This issue is caused by a non-U.S. version of the Windows Operating System. The customer will have to install a U.S. Version of Windows OS in order to run Q Local as the version of SQL Server 2005 Express Edition that we install will not correctly install to a non-U.S. Version of Windows OS.
