MBMD Usages Vanished

SYMPTOMS: User reports their MBMD Usages have disappeared either 51941 or 51942.



CAUSE: Q Local System 2.6 converts 51941 and 51942 to 52051 and 52050 respectively. 

MORE INFORMATION: 

It is possible they used the MBMD for the Bariatric or Pain Patient Norms. Instead of simply being the same report with different norms these are now different reports. It is possible that they are simply looking for the wrong report as the name and number has changed.

One thing to be mindful of, if they access their report counter on a 2.6 system and then plug it into a system that is 2.5 or earlier it will convert the usages, but the older version doesn't know about the newer usages and so can not display them. In this case it really does appear that the usages have vanished. If you plug it back into a 2.6 version of Q Local you can see the new usages.
