SYMPTOMS: Customer tries to order more reports and receives the message: "The report counter cannot accommodate your order. There is room for only 0 additional report types on it. You will have to get a second report counter from Client Relations to hold more types of reports."

CAUSE: Each HASP report counter can accommodate only 58 report types. The customer needs to either add another HASP (with a new suffix number) or use all of the reports from one report type before adding another report type to this HASP.
