Error Description:Q Local System already running
Resolution:This problem can occur when another Java dialog box is open (even if the box is not visible). Disable all Java processes in the Task Manager. Recommend that they upgrade to Q Local 2.x (latest version) which uses the private JRE and should prevent this conflict.
