Frequently Asked Question:User inadvertently changes test status from Ready to Resume to Needs Editing and then can no longer Resume the OnScreen Administration Answer:Once the status says Needs editing, there is no way to change it to Ready to Resume. Workaround: User can finish the assessment through the editing screen This will affect batteries too, because they can't resume the paused assessment they can't continue the rest of the battery. |
