User reports that scanned SCL-90 forms all appear with Outpatient Psychiatric norms regardless of which norm is selected
There is an issue with some newer forms that causes the Norm Group to be picked up as Outpatient Psychiatric.
The user will need to edit the Norm and then reprint the report.
These forms have been removed from the warehouse and should no longer be shipped out.
User can contact Client Relations to order/exchange the forms.
Report this issue to Level 2 so that we can track it.
