Description: User reports an "Unexpected Error occured" at the end of a SCL-90 Manual Entry or On Screen Administration.
They may also report that some items are missing, even if the test was completed.``
User might have Regional Options set to a non English option. Q Local must be set to English options.
Resolution:
Verify that they are running Q Local on a machine with Regional Options set to a language other than English.
Go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options and view the Regional Options tab.
If something other than English is selected, recommend that they change it to English when they wish to use Q Local.
Q Local is only available to work on English US operating systems, with English lanaguage option selected.
