Resolution:

Error 429: "You do not have the appropriate license to perform this functionality"

Make sure Tx4ole.ocx is registered properly

Found under C:\Program Files\Common Files\TxTextControl9

Click Start
Click on Run
Type in: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\TxTextControl9\Tx4ole.ocx"
You will receive a message that states DllReigisterServer in C:\Program Files\Common Files\TxTextControl9\Tx4ole.ocx succeeded.

Additional Information:

Note: For Windows Vista (64 bit) and Windows 7 (64 bit) machines you will need to turn UAC off to register the file.
and the location of the file will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\TxTextControl9

To turn UAC off please do the following:

1. open the control panel
2. select system and security
3. click on change user account control setting
4. move the slider to the never notify position
5. click ok
6. reboot the machine
