Frequently Asked Question:
Logical Memory 2 and subtests do not print.
Answer:
If SAWS-A does not print out all subtests, or certain items are not printing on the report, check for the following:
- Click Options, Tables and Graphs, and verify that you have selected inclusion of the appropriate subtests.
- If certain scores appear on some reports and not on others, the absence may indicate that the range of scores does not support this measure. If, however, that range of scores for the same values appeared on reports when the software was first installed, then a program file may be corrupt. Uninstall SAWS-A, delete the SAWS-A.INI file from the Windows folder, and reinstall.
- Note also that SAWS-A reports are memory intensive and you should exit the program occasionally to restore memory. If the reports are losing lines on tables or data on entire columns, check the number of tables and graphs selected for reporting; this can impact memory consumption as the more tables and graphs selected, the more memory required. "Out of memory" errors could also occur on systems with low DOS conventional memory (such as 400K) available. Configurations with at least 530K of free conventional memory are recommended to run SAWS-A.
The SAWS A is no longer available for purchase. Support for this software will continue for computers that fall within the parameters of the system requirements. For a list of system requirements please see the article in this section titled “System Requirements”
