The default page size may be incorrect or the printer selection may be wrong. From the SAWS-A report screen, click File, Printer Setup. Check to ensure that page size is set to 8.5" x 11.00" and the correct printer is selected. Open a new report and print. If the page size incorrect, you must remove SAWS-A and reinstall. To completely remove the program:

• Click Start, SAWS-A, select Uninstall.
• Right-click Start, select Explore.
• Locate the Windows folder and highlight SAWS-A.ini.
• Press the [Del] button to delete the file.
• Reboot your computer and close any open applications (other than Explorer and Systray). f. Reinstall SAWS-A.

The definition files for your printer may be changed or corrupted. Install a second printer driver for the printer. Do not delete the original printer driver until you know the second driver works correctly. 3.
