Frequently Asked Question:Portions of tables and information missing from report Answer:SAWS-A reports are memory intensive. You should exit the program occasionally to restore memory. In some instances, it has been noted that after generating 10 to 20 reports memory problems could occur. Some of these problems are manifested by losing lines on tables or data on entire columns. The number of tables and graphs selected for reporting has an impact in memory consumption. The more tables and graphs selected, the more memory required. "Out of memory" errors could also occur on systems with low DOS conventional memory (such as 400K) available. Configurations with at least 530K of free conventional memory are recommended to run SAWS-A.
The SAWS A is no longer available for purchase. Support for this software will continue for computers that fall within the parameters of the system requirements. For a list of system requirements please see the article in this section titled “System Requirements”
