If you are experiencing this problem, you may request a SAW-A version 1.1 by contacting PsychCorp Technical support 800-249-0659. If you have the SAW-A version 1.1. make sure you have the lastest version of the printer driver for your printer. For driver information, see the printer manufacturer's website. The SAWS A is no longer available for purchase. Support for this software will continue for computers that fall within the parameters of the system requirements.
