Resolution:If you encounter the error "Cannot load or register custom control threed16.ocx in main ( )", you will need to reinstall CMS-SA with an updated version of the software. Before you reinstall, 7 files should be renamed on your computer. These files are located in the "C:\Windows\System" or "C:\Windows\System32" directory on your hard drive. Rename the files to .OLD. and make sure they are all in the same directory. If you are on a dual boot system, please make sure you rename these files on the secondary drive as well. The seven files are:
