AS_rep.mdb :-2147467259 /Error line 90 Unrecognized database format

Resolution:

  1. Use Windows Explorer or My Computer to locate the folder C:\TPC\PsychCorpCenter\Report.
  2. Locate the file { AS_rep.mdb }. Highlight the file.
  3. Click File, Delete.
  4. Close all open applications and go to http://www.pearsonassessmentsupport.com/support/index.php?View=download&EntryID=485
  5. Download and intall the update
  6. Select the Repair option at the Repair or Remove prompt.
  7. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete Repair.
