Frequently Asked Question:Cannot enter both Primary and Primary+Optional scores Answer:When entering scores for the different tests in D-KEFS, you must choose only one "Measures Choice" per assessment. It is not possible to enter Primary and Primary+Optional. By design, these are considered separate assessments and have to be created as separate assessments.
