Frequently Asked Question:

Can this be converted to a word processing document?

Answer:

The SAWS-A report cannot be exported for editing or manipulation as text with other software programs. The Copy button allows you to copy the contents of the report shown on the screen into the Windows clipboard. This feature is useful if you want to copy portions of a report into another document.

  1. While viewing a report, click to place the page shown on the screen into the clipboard. It is not necessary to first select the table or the page in order to copy it. The clipboard will contain every item of information on the displayed page. Note: Use the Tables and Graphs Options if necessary to choose which tables and graphs you want to copy.
  2. Paste the copied page into your word processing application. This is a graphic image only and cannot be edited. The image that appears may be small and require resizing. See your word processing application documentation or on-line help, for instructions on resizing a pasted image.

The SAWS A is no longer available for purchase. Support for this software will continue for computers that fall within the parameters of the system requirements.  For a list of system requirements please see the article in this section titled “System Requirements”
