Error Description:

D:\setup.exe the specified path does not exist

Resolution:

This error may have to do with a conflict with another application that is installed on your PC. Follow the steps below to work around this issue.

  1. Create a shortcut on the desktop to the setup.exe application.
  2. Right click the shortcut and choose properties
  3. On the general Shortcut Tab click the Advanced button
  4. Check the box for Run in Separate memory space
  5. Press OK and Apply and launch the Setup by double clicking the shortcut

The installer should run normally.

Once the software is installed, you will need to repeat the steps for the program shortcut.

  1. Right click the program shortcut and choose properties
  2. On the general Shortcut Tab click the Advanced button
  3. Check the box for Run in Separate memory space
  4. Press OK and Apply. The program should run without giving the "path does not exist" error.
