Answer:

Certain fields must be completed before Optional features are available. To access the "Ability Measure" you must first enter the information in the DATES section. Date of Birth, CMS date of testing and IQ date of testing must be entered to activate the optional "Ability Measure".

Note: If you enter the IQ date before the CMS you may not activate the option until you click on the IQ field again.
