Error Description:

CMS-SA caused a general protection fault in module ole2disp.dll

Resolution:

General protection faults and illegal operation errors are Windows general errors that can be caused by many things. Try to get out of the error message, close all open applications and restart the computer. Restart CMS-SA, and see if the error condition repeats.

If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the software with all open programs closed. There is a CMS revision that fixes certain program errors. Contact the Technical Support Center at esupport@pearson.com to request the revision.
