I am receiving the following message: "No history entered for examinee"

Resolution:

If you try to create a WAIS-III WMS-III WIAT-II Writer Report for a client that does not have a History profile entered, you will receive this error, ""A History profile does not exist for this examinee and is required to generate any WAIS-III/WMS-III/WIAT-II Writer Reports."" You can create a History profile from the Examinee Data window.

The Examinee Data window has separate tabs for Examinee Data and for WAIS-III/WMS-III/WIAT II History. Click the WAIS-III/WMS-III/WIAT-II History tab and click New.

Enter the required information. The History Data screens allow for entering information about: Referral, Personal History, Educational History, Health Conditions, Work/School Status, and Test Behavior.

If there are problems saving the WAIS-III WMS-III WIAT-II Writer History profile, use the program CD-ROM disc and run repair. Close all open applications and insert the program CD in the drive; click Repair at the Repair/Remove screen. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete repair and let the computer restart with the CD disc in the drive before you launch WAIS-III WMS-III WIAT-II Writer.
