PAL version 1.0 (Process Assessment of the Learner) software is compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, 2000, and Windows ME operating systems.
Windows XP: PAL 1.0.2 is compatible with Windows XP and previous Windows OS. If you own version 1.0, you may contact the Technical Support Center at esupport@pearson.com to request the revision.

- 100MHz processor
- 32MB RAM
- 2 MB video card capable of 800x600 resolution (16-bit color)
- 75 MB free hard disk space when installing The Psychological Corporation Assessment Center for the first time
- 25 MB of free hard disk space if The Psychological Corporation Assessment Center has been installed with another product
- 50 MB temporary disk space for diskette installation
- Internet Explorer 4.0 (If this is not installed, you will need an additional 65MB of disk space to complete the installation)
- CD ROM drive
