How are scores entered

New Assessment Entry window: The New Assessment Entry window consists of an Assessment Information tab, a tab for each trial of the CVLT-II Standard Form, Alternate Form, or Short Form test, and an Intrusions tab.

To enter new assessment responses:

  • Complete the required information in the Assessment Information tab.
  • Click each tab and type the examinee response or select from the drop-down list. Correct responses will appear in black type; intrusions will appear in red type.
  • For the Yes/No and Forced Choice tabs, select an option for each entry. Correct responses will remain black; incorrect responses will turn red.

Standard Form tabs:

  • Immediate Free Recall, Trials 1 through 5, List A.
  • Immediate Free Recall, Trial B, List B.
  • Short Delay, Free Recall, List A.
  • Short Delay, Cued Recall-1, Furniture, List A.
  • Short Delay, Cued Recall-2, Vegetables, List A.
  • Short Delay, Cued Recall-3, Ways of Traveling, List A.
  • Short Delay, Cued Recall-4, Animals, List A.
  • Long Delay, Free Recall, List A.
  • Long Delay, Cued Recall-1, Furniture, List A.
  • Long Delay, Cued Recall-2, Vegetables, List A.
  • Long Delay, Cued Recall-3, Ways of Traveling, List A.
  • Long Delay, Cued Recall-4, Animals, List A.
