To proceed, verify that the account and domain running SQL Server Setup exist, that the account running SQL Server Setup has administrator privileges, and that exists on the destination drive.
Resolution:To resolve this issue: do a complete manual uninstall of Q Local, empty the temp folder, turn off anti-virus and Firewall using msconfig, and turn off UAC. Reboot and reinstall Q Local from CD. Do not forget to turn UAC, anti-virus and firewall back on when done.
