Check the Summary and Q Local Install files in the temporary folder for the following types of messages:
Summary: SQL Server Setup cannot install files to the compressed or encrypted folder: c:\Program Files (x86)\Pearson\Q Local System 2\SSEE\. To continue, make sure that your installation directories are not compressed or encrypted, or specify a different directory, and then run SQL Server Setup again.

Confirm that the files are compressed then advise the caller to un-compress the files and try again to install Q Local.
