Error Description:The database version information could not be determined
Resolution:Verify these 4 files are in the QLocalUpgrade folder: QLocalUpgrade
#sp_QLocal.dat
upgrade.dat
UpgradeFileUtil.dll
Re-execute the QLocalUpgrade following these steps:
- Verify SQL server is running
- Go to the DOS prompt (Run -> cmd)
- Change directory to C:\Program Files\Pearson\Q Local System
- Type qlocalupgrade and press Enter
- Look for no error to occur (the absence of an error is good)
- Type notepad upgradelog.txt and press Enter
- Look for a single line: ****upgrading**** (If you see any error there is a problem)
- Exit the Command Prompt
- Open Q Local and expect no error
- Verify they can see their data in Assessment Record
