Error Description:

Q Local encountered an error attempting to launch QLocalScan.exe

Resolution:

Q Local version 2.0.14

Check to see if there are two QLocalScan.exe files one in (C:\Program Files\Pearson\Q Local System 2\bin) and one in the (C:\WINDOWS\prefetch folder). 

 IF there are two files make sure the one in C:\Program Files\Pearson\Q Local System 2\bin is not corrupt and is an executable and delete the one in C:\WINDOWS\prefetch folder.
