Cause: Program is installed but the various froms have not been activated under Help > Update activation codes, or the software is not updated to reflect the form they’re looking for. Resolution: Click Help > Update activation codes and enter the activation information from the back of the Teacher Rating Form CD case.
Case and exact spelling are imperative when entering activation characters.
If this does not resolve it, make sure the software is updated from the help menu > Check for updates
Once the updates are downloaded and installed, update activation codes as directed above.
