Error Description:Error installing the SQL Server
Summary.txt shows Return Code 70004
Note: the Summary.txt log file might be extremely short or empty.
Resolution:When installing Q local and at the start of the SQL portion you get an error that another install happening at the same time. Summary.txt was very short only had one entry.
It generated an error return code of 70004
Completely clean up the previous install(s) of Q local. Then reboot the computer and type the following into Start->Run "cmd":
Re-register msiexec.
msiexec /unregister
msiexec /regserver
Be sure to turn off any Antivirus/Firewalls before attempting to reinstall the Q local Software.
