Installing the Scoring CD

The CCC-2 Scoring CD provides you with an Microsoft Excel program to calculate a child's scores from the ratings you enter from the completed Caregiver Response Form. It assists you in calculating the total raw score and scaled score for each scale, the GCC, and the SIDI. It also enables you to print a summary table of scaled scores and percentile ranks for the child. The summary table for each child can also be saved in a separate file to assist in maintaining your records.
To load the program:

  1. Put the Scoring CD into your disk drive.
  2. Access that drive from either your Start menu or the ""My Computer"" icon on your computer desktop.
  3. Right click the CCC-2 Scoring Summary Program and select Copy.
  4. Go to a desired location on the hard drive.
  5. Right click and choose Paste.

Once the program is saved to your computer, you do not have to reload it from the Scoring CD.

Double-click on the program when you are ready to enter information from a Caregiver Response Form. The CCC-2 Scoring Summary Program allows up to 300 entries. The first time you use the CCC-2 Scoring Summary Program, you will be prompted to review and accept the license agreement. You will not be allowed to complete a Scoring Summary until you have accepted this agreement.

The CCC-2 Scoring Summary Program has three tabs: Instructions, Raw Data, and Summary. The Instructions tab includes the following steps to complete a Scoring Summary. Enter the information collected on the Caregiver Response Form on the Raw Data tab. The Summary tab presents an individual child's summary.
