I performed a general search in my account and only 500 students appeared. Why is this?

When searching for students, there is a limitation to only display the first 500 students who match the search criteria. The recommendation is that you enter more specific criteria into the search fields to limit the results.

If your intent is to view your entire student list, you can export the student data from your account.

1. Log into an AIMSweb manager account.
2. Click the Manage Tab.
3. Click the Data Export link.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Click the Export Link. The file will available the next day at the bottom of the Data Export page.
