These errors may indicate that the W3W3W2 Scoring Assistant did not install smoothly due to the presence of applications running in the background. Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the software:

Uninstall the program first. Follow these steps to uninstall the software.

• Click Start, Programs, select PsychCorpCenter and click Un-Install.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to complete uninstall.
• When finished, restart the system.

Additional Notes:

If you do not find Uninstall in the program group, use Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs to uninstall. If this choice does not work, please contact the Technical Support Center for an uninstall cleanup disk that will completely remove the program.

Reinstall the software and reboot the system before launching the program.
