WAWMWT_RO setup crystal report 429 active x component cannot create object

This error occurs when you have also installed the ADM version 6.5 (Assessment Data Manager) for ASEBA or the CDCL and are trying to create a report from the WAIS III WMS III WIAT II SA. There is a conflict between the two versions of Crystal Reports in their product with the version of Crystal Reports that is used for the WAIS III WMS III WIAT II SA or the WIAT II SA.
