Why are some of my measures not appearing on the Downloads tab?
- Log into a manager account.
- Click the Manage tab.
- Click the Report Criteria Setup link from the Navigation Menu.
- Select Inactive from the Show drop down on the right side of the screen.
- Click Search.
- Check the box next to the measure.
- Click Activate at the bottom of the screen. You will now be able to access these measures.
