I changed the student’s service code, but he is still not appearing on the report. Why is that?

Demographics changed at the student level do not retro-actively modify scores.

To change historical data:

1. Click the Manage tab.
2. Click the Students link.
3. Click the Info icon of the student to be modified.
4. Edit the demographics of the score.
5. Click Save.
