Resolution:

Follow these steps to resolve the issue above:

1. Navigate to the following location: C:\TPC\PsychCorpCenter\Data
2. Delete the file named: AS_SETUP
3. Copy the file named: AS_DATA to another location such as the desktop
4. Navigate to the Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs
5. Find PsychCorpCenter-II in the list of currently installed programs and click Change
   The PsychCorpCenter-II installation wizard will appear
6. Click on Repair and click Next
7. Once the Repair feature has ended, open PsychCorpCenter-II
8. Once opened, close the program
9. Navigate back to the following location: C:\TPC\PsychCorpCenter\Data
10. Copy and paste the file you placed on your desktop (AS_DATA) into the location in Step 9
11. Open PsychCorpCenter-II
