If a student begins to formulate a sentence and asks for a repetition of the word AFTER he/she has already started the sentence, is the examiner permitted to provide it again? If the student then completes or restarts the sentence and gets it correct, may full points be awarded?

Answer:

Yes, if a child self-corrects (even if this makes an originally correct response incorrect—typically this does not happen) the child’s last response is accepted as the final answer. The final response is to be scored as the response.
