Frequently Asked Question:
Scores are out of alignment on report graph
Answer:
The ABAS II program requires that you have your display settings set at 800x600 screen size, 16-bit color display, and small fonts selected. If your system does not have its display set to these configurations, the program will not function properly. Follow these steps to check and/or change your display settings.
- Begin at the desktop with all open programs closed.
- Right-click the mouse on a blank section of the desktop and select Properties.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Move the slider bar for display/desktop resolution to 800x600.
- If color is not set to 16-bit color, click the arrow at Color Palette and select 16-bit color.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
- Font Size must be Small Fonts or Normal/96 DPI. If font size is not shown, click Advanced and make the changes.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK to exit Display Properties.
