Each PDA is limited to one username. For other users, you must install BOSS to a NEW PDA instead.

You may have more than one username on the BOSS desktop application. Simply click on the ellipses box to the right of the PDA Username box on the Class Information screen. This will open the 'Create New PDA User' window and a new PDA Username may be entered.
