How to obtain credits:

To purchase Bayley-III administration credits, please go to the PC that the application was installed to and connect the PDA device. When ready, call the Customer Support group at 800-211-8378. They will assist you with making the purchase, and adding the credits.

Please note that you must perform a successful HotSync with the PDA device after the credits are issued to transfer them.
