These are InstallShield messages and generally are caused by insufficient permissions to install software. When using Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, or NT), the person installing must have administrator permissions to install software. Please contact your network administrator or IT department for assistance.

If you are installing with administrator permissions and continue to receive the message, restart the computer and close all background applications, including virus scan and security software, before installing WIAT-II Scoring Assistant.
