Answer:The types of items administered to infants are unlikely to be "learned" or to produce practice effects, so children can be readministered the Bayley–III in a shorter time frame. An interval of approximately 3 months is recommended for children under 12 months of age; an interval of approximately 6 months is recommended for children older than 12 months, although shorter intervals can be used if warranted.
