Resolution:

When installing the following products in the order specified; WISC-IV Integrated Writer --> WISC-IV Integrated SA --> WISC-IV Canada SA, the WISC-IV Canada does not overwrite the WISCIV Integrated.hlp file. Do the following to correct the issue.

  • Delete the WISC-IV Integrated.HLP file in the following path: [InstallPath]\Help\WISC-IV Integrated.HLP
  • Run the WISC-IV Canada SA Repair.
