Delete the following files from the effected computer:

• C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\Norms\WIAT_NORMS.mdb
• C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\Norms\Canada\WIAT_NORMS.mdb

Then insert the WNV CD. When it starts up it will give you an option to Repair the installation. Choose Repair and click next. When the repair completes, reboot the PC then run the report.
