I cannot change the administration date.
Resolution:
The WIAT-II requires specific date settings for proper scoring of the assessments. If you experience problems entering any dates, close the program and follow the instructions below.
Regional Settings - Check your system settings to ensure you are using standard U.S. date formats:
- Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Regional Settings.
- The first tab for Regional Settings Properties shows the language. Check for the correct country and language (English US).
- Click the Date tab and ensure that the Short Date Style format is set correctly. This setting must allow for MM/dd/yyyy. The Long Date Style needs to be set at MMMM dd, yyyy.
- Make changes as needed and click Apply to save the changes.
- Click OK and close Regional Settings.
- Restart the computer:
If date settings are correct and the WIAT-II updates have been downloaded and installed try the following.
Click on the left side of the date box and type in the two digit month.Press the tab button over to the date ,type in the two digit date. Tab again then type in a four digit year. Immediatly press the tab button do not press enter.
