Illegal operation error, general protection fault in module {hpbxlb.drv}

Resolution:

A report may not print to all print drivers. It has been observed that some printers may have an issue printing reports from the WPPSI-III Scoring Assistant software. This can be avoided by using the ""corporate driver"" provided by your printer manufacturer.

1. Go to Start, Settings, Printers.
2. Double click the Add Printer wizard.
3. Follow the wizard and choose the appropriate settings for your hardware.
4. Select the Manufacturer and the printer model to be used.
5. Follow the screen instructions to complete the printer install.

You do not need to have this printer be the default. Simply choose it when you are ready to print from the Scoring Assistant.
