Resolution:
Check for the following:
- Is the disk in the drive that you are trying to read?
- Can the directory of the disk be read with this computer or another computer?
- Can the directory of a different disk be read on the same computer today?
- What is the error message?
- That you are using the true screen printed copy of the software and not a replicated/burned copy.
- If you are installing an update, try downloading the file again.
- Download and install the latest installer package from Microsoft.
